HACCP / PASA (committed quality control)
HACCP designates the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points program. FESP stands for the Food Safety Enhancement Program. Since 2005, all facilities subject to federal inspection must adhere to these mandatory programs.
ATRAHAN Transformation inc. received HACCP accreditation in 1999 thanks to the collaboration of a dynamic team. We are continually investing in measures to identify and promptly assess potential risks and set up preventive measures.
We have set up a testing laboratory in the plant, and our products are constantly controlled through regularly scheduled inspections in collaboration with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. We also retain outside firms for more sophisticated analyses and expertise.
ATRAHAN Transformation inc. sees that its production employees are well trained in hygiene rules and good work practices.
